What is GO-Month?
January is “Get-Organized Month” (GO Month), the professional organizing industry’s national event dedicated to raising awareness of the benefits of getting organized and of hiring a professional organizer.
Professional organizers enhance the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and through transferring organizing skills. Getting organized is one of the top 5 (in fact it’s #2!) New Year’s resolutions, January is the perfect time to get started.
The Charleston Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) has donated skills and advice as well as hosted a variety of events and contests for our Charleston community in need of organizing assistance. This year our Chapter celebrates by sharing a variety of subjects for living an organized life at our 3rd annual FREE Organizing & Productivity Symposium. This year’s event will be on Saturday January 23rd from 1-5pm.
This year I will be presenting Home Inventory Without Heartache:
“Creating a home inventory can seem overwhelming and tedious. It doesn’t have to be! Using a simple system can help you ensure your personal property and investments are covered in the event of a disaster. Invest a little time now and save yourself from the heartache and loss in event of a disaster.”
And if you can’t make the live event, please sign up for this free Q&A call, Monday January 18th from 8-8:30 where I will go over how and why a having a home inventory in place can save you from so much Heartache!
Make a commitment to get organized and call your new year to order!
